We followed him to Germany, Cologne, to see him in concert
on the 16th November, as the UK was completely sold out.

We prayed for a small venue and god, wasn’t is just that! It was all standing and we found a little spot that was raised, right near the bar with a great view! Perfect! His bloody t-shirts where more than the tickets themselves.

It was like entering this intimate bubble. The whole world, your problems, everything just disappeared. It was just you, him and the music.
How much people have forgotten it’s not just a show you go
to watch, it’s for the music.

He added little details between songs, why he had written
them, his experience. It gave that personal touch to all of it, which made you
feel closer to him and understand the songs even more.

My family and I have seen many greats amongst us, such as:
Luther Van Dross, Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, Earth Wind and Fire, Stevie Wonder and
more, a variety of genres. We all agreed none of them compared to this night!
It’s just beautiful music, with an unbelievably effortless
voice and a great man in turn! He is massively under-rated and is going to be
HUGE in our generation! To think he’s only a year older than me is gob
smacking!
