Splash of colour

All us girls love the black on black look. Its easy as pie to do with expensive and cheap clothes.

But there is nothing better than throwing in a splash of colour with it, not only to brighten your outfit up but its so eye catching!

Black Leggings (TopShop), Long Sleeve Top (Primark), Gilet (New Look), Shoes (Miss Guided), Hat (H&M), Bag (Marks and Spencers).

The colour just gives the outfit that extra boost, so casual and easy to wear for any kind of day out.

For a dressy colour splash, theres only a few changes to make:

Black jeans (Topshop), Black body (Miss Guided), Red bag (River Island), Red shoes (Kurt Gieger).

Red is a perfect colour to pair with black, it doesn't only make the colour stand out, it compliments the style you have chosen in black.

These court shoes are the most flawless, comfy heel to team with any outfit and dance the night away in.  The style never dates and gives a classy finish to your outfit.

So girls, splash some colour into your black on black outfits!

Everyday Make-up

L’Oréal Telescopic Mascara

This little silver pot of joy is THE best mascara I have ever tried.

The brush allows the mascara to properly comb through your lashes, letting the product cling to every single lash.

These are my lashes using this mascara.
This mascara is £10.99! I have never used another product because I love this one so much! Just shows you don't have to spend loads to find a good mascara.

No7 CC Cream

For everyday coverage this CC tinted moisturiser is so much nicer than foundation. It has such a light hold on your skin and lasts throughout the day. For good coverage, this product is perfect.

L’Oréal Paris, Infallible Mattifying Primer

This is a perfect base for your everyday makeup and your going out make up. I used to use a No7 primer, but tried this one for a change. Not only is it cheaper but the product itself is better! I absolutely love it, so light on your skin!

Collection's Sheer Loose Powder

No girl can live without her powder. It puts a matte finish to your makeup look, getting rid of any shine you may have and just gives you a better over all look.

Collections loose powder has and always will be my favourite powder; it's only cheap but feels great on your skin!

Tom Fords Brow Sculptor

I still use my HD brow pencil as well as TF Brow Sculptor pencil. The calligraphy tip allows that perfect tailored stroke to be created, with a grooming brush on the other side to create the perfect overall brow!

Chanel's Bronzing Make up Base

This cream-gel bronzer leaves your skin looking beautiful and bronzed. You can even wear it on its own as a base. It's easy and so worth the money!

All of these are essential in my everyday make-up, give them a go and see what you think!

My Day and Night Routine

Morning and night, before work, a workout or even a lazy sunday, I moisturise! Before bed time, drunk or not, I moisturise!

My mums always taught me from being little, moisturising your face and keeping it clean is key to healthy looking skin!

These products are best for all the sensitive skin girls out there, for other skin types, trail and error is the key to finding the right products!

Johnsons face wipes are my favourite to take my make up off, I use these before bed and in the morning before I put my make up on.

These are for dry skin and even get waterproof mascara off too! After a night out, I throw in No7 'Beautiful Skin' Eye Make-Up Remover to get all of the eyelash glue and product off.

The key component in any girls routine is the perfect cream.

After a few trails of different brands and products, I finally came to L'Oreals Triple Active Nourish, its an intense hydrating moisturiser
Morning and night I put this on and it keeps my skin soft and smooth!

Every other week I use Nuxe's Masque Creme Fraiche, this is a 24 hour soothing and rehydrating mask. You can leave it on over night or for 10 minutes. It makes your face feel really clean and smooth! Perfect for crappy skin days!

Gym

It's always good to mix and match all of your gym wear, and there is nothing that makes you happier than buying new clothes for the gym!

Nike, is my favourite brand. The fit is comfortable and breathable!
Bright colours make going to the gym more enjoyable!
Cropped black leggings are your best option, they hide the sweat and go with every colour!

Miss Guided also have a new Active range, my favourite picks include:

The black 'dirty' top is great to go over any colour sports bra, with the sleeveless hoody to pull over the top. For when the weather gets a tad warmer, these coral shorts are perfect to keep you cool in the gym!

I usually pick up different coloured sports bras wherever they may be. Even the supermarkets: Asda and Tescos, have their own brands of sports wear. Its cheap and cheerful, keeping your gym wardrobe colourful and fun!

Golden Globes

Some of the best dressed at the Golden Globes:

Jennifer Lopez in Zuhair Murad, can you believe this woman has kids!!

Julianne Moore wearing Givenchy, she has the feathers, the bling and the sparkle!
Diane Kruger looking elegant in Emilia Wickstead

And my favourite..
 Katherine Heigl in Zac Posen.

Not only does the shape of the dress compliment her frame, the tasteful simplicity of the style is what is so eye catching.

Coats

Coats are such a essential piece in your wardrobe, throughout the Winter season and even some of Spring.

River Islands Camel oversized coat, is the perfect day to day coat.
Coat: River Island, Jumper: Next, Boots: Miss Guided

The colour goes with almost everything, allowing you to dive deep into your wardrobe for old jumpers you wouldn't of worn this season.

As it is over sized it allows you to layer up with thick oversized jumpers. The style allows your look to be casual or smart.

Here are a few of my favourite picks of coats on the high street right now:

                            ASOS Berry textured wool Coat

Watches

What better accessory or I could say necessity than a Watch.

Wristwatches used to be exclusively for women, whereas men carried around pocket watches. How much has that changed?!

Nearly every designer has their own exclusive design on numerous watches. Ranging from the famous Rolex to high street Pandora watches.

Raymond Weil has to be my favourite make for a woman's watch. For my 21st I was generously given a Noemia, the simplicity yet small details drew me towards this watch. With every one having a unique mother of pearl face and the two-tone colours allow the watch to go with everything.

Breitling has a Bentley range that is my favourite for men’s watches. At first I thought it was a little too much, then I noticed the precise detail and action for each part of the watch, that's what interests me the most. It is majestic in its own way, definitely a one in a million piece.

For men and womens matching watches I'd choose the Classic Mondaine Swiss Watches. This watch characterises the simplicity of the old Swiss Railway Clocks, with an easy-to-read face, it really is such a classic.

As many people have a few watches to alternate from day to night. For a day watch I would choose Skagen for women and Vivienne Westwood for men.

The leather straps on each watch allows them to be dressed up or down and unembellished faces keep them both very sophisticated and easy to wear.
